We have been trained to reveal this rare product by leading French firms.
When our sturgeon are perfectly mature, we remove the precious grains very gently so as to get the best.We test their size, balance and texture. They are then carefully sorted to make up unique, homogeneous sets. Then they are carefully salted and prepared. Finally, we pack them into refrigerated cans to ripen. After a few months, the salt is fully absorbed into the grains. Then we wait for the caviar to be refined. Once that time comes, we bring out the cans to taste the precious, sensual pearls. The flavors are ready to be revealed. The caviar is then gently canned for sale. When you open the can, your 5 senses are awakened.
