The fish-farm was designed and built for the well-being of sturgeon. With absolute mastery of the production chain.
From the beginning of their life on site, the fish are literally “cocooned”. They swim in large ponds on an 8-hectare site on land, then left in peace to grow up in one of 30 exceptionally spacious caged areas in the lake. Throughout the various breeding stages, a team of nearly 300 people work every day to ensure the fish remain calm, and provide them with a world in which they can develop undisturbed. Everyone’s role is exacting and very valuable.
Density has been deliberately limited and we intrude on their daily lives only if necessary, handling them very gently. We created our own homemade feed, controlled and manufactured on site.
