At first, Kasnodar Caviar is tasted pure.

A dab of caviar is placed directly on the skin on the back of the hand, at the corner of the thumb. You then bring your hand to your lips to taste the fine product. In this way, nothing alters its taste and you will have the pleasure of discovering its many nuances. Do not use a metal, silver or stainless steel spoon as this will oxidize the caviar. The tasting utensil par excellence is the mother-of-pearl spoon, a noble and fascinating material with its iridescent reflections. Put the box of Kasnodar Caviar on ice, let it breathe for 5 minutes with the lid open, then enjoy. Once the box is opened, consume within 24 hours. In order to fully appreciate this delicacy, it is necessary to count 30 grams per person, to discover it, 10 grams are enough.

Kasnodar Caviar can also be enjoyed with blinis and fresh cream, a great classic. The quality of the blinis is not to be neglected! Caviar is also accompanied by eggs: in all its forms (calf, shell, omelet or scrambled), and in all its variants (chicken, quail, etc.).
The light nutty taste of a new potato is an ideal accompaniment to caviar. Some gourmets prefer it fried, in the form of a pancake for example. Be careful not to “cook” your caviar by placing it on a hot potato too long before serving.

When you buy it, your caviar comes in a cool bag with a gel pack. The gel pack should never be in direct contact with the can. At home, keep the caviar in the refrigerator between 0°C and +2°C. Check the use-by-date on the back of the can. Once the can is opened, use withing 24 hours.

Kasnodar Caviar encourages you to respect the selective sorting of caviar tins once they have been consumed.
Transport of caviar

If you are travelling within the European Union or on French territory from France, you are allowed to carry as much caviar as you wish. Outside the European Union, you may travel with a maximum of 125g of caviar per person in your personal hold baggage. In Madagascar, if you are flying domestically, there is no limit to the amount of caviar you can carry. These security measures have been put in place to prevent international trafficking.

It is recommended that caviar is packed flat in your luggage, otherwise the grains may be damaged. If you are going on a long journey, it is advisable to put at least two to three gel packs in the cooler bag.

01 Payment with Stripe or Paypal

The price is due at the time of ordering.

All orders are payable in cash payment and in euros.
Payments will be made online by credit card (Debit Card, Visa or Eurocard Mastercard) and will be made through the BFCOI secure system in such a way that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network.

The order cannot be shipped without full payment of the goods and delivery costs.

The online sale of products presented on the site is reserved for deliveries to be made in metropolitan France. Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of the order, which can only be within the geographical area.

As an indication, the usual delivery times, following validation of the order, are as follows:

– Metropolitan France and other countries defined on the list: 2 to 3 business days.

For all orders confirmed before 12 pm, from Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays), the order will be dispatched the same day subject to availability of stocks.

For all orders confirmed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the order will be sent on the following Monday within the limit of available product stock.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed and appear on the page indicating the price of the order before its final validation.

Delivery costs are free of charge in Metropolitan France for all orders over €150 including tax (after discounts, in the context of promotional operations).


Deliveries will be made by Chronofresh in metropolitan France.

The customer is responsible for providing the name and address of the recipient (door code, floor, telephone number, etc.) to guarantee all delivery under normal conditions, and to avoid any delay or delivery problems resulting in an additional cost of binding at your expense.

A delivery address in a post office box cannot be taken into account.

The delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer who will then sign the delivery receipt and will be bound to check in the presence of the deliverer for the condition and the number of packages delivered.

In the event of shortages, damage or any other anomaly, the customer shall make comments on the delivery note upon receipt of the package.

If this clause is not observed, no claim procedure against the carrier can be made.

We guarantee the product up to the place of delivery.

In case of absence, the buyer or the consignee of the ordered product receives a notice of passage, which allows him to contact the carrier in order to withdraw his parcel(s). Pick-up must then take place within 24 working hours due to the perishable nature of the product(s).

ADC SELECTION SAS can in no circumstances be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to the late receipt of a package due to the absence of the customer or the person authorized to receive it.

Furthermore, in the event of an error by the customer in the wording of his details or those of the place of delivery, in particular his surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, door code, making delivery impossible and resulting in the loss of the products, the customer remains indebted for the payment of the lost products and no refund or compensation will be made.

Kasnodar Caviar is delivered in an isothermal bag with a gel pack which should not be in direct contact with the box. At home, keep the caviar in the refrigerator between 0°c and +4°c.


03 Online returns and exchanges

Buyers and non-professional individuals benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of certain perishable foodstuffs such as we offer on our website.

04 Sanitary and zoosanitary accreditations

Kasnodar Caviar obtained its sanitary approval in 2018 and the zoosanitary approval in 2019. The sanitary approval concerns caviar production and the zoosanitary certification concerns sturgeon farming. These two accreditations certify that Kasnodar Caviar has a quality system that prevents contamination of the farm and the caviar, thus ensuring the safety of the caviar for the consumer. These approvals are official documents issued by the Malagasy fisheries health authorities (ASH).

05 AFNOR ISO 14001 certification

Kasnodar Caviar is aware of the quality of the environment in which it is located, and therefore makes every effort to protect it. In order to ensure an objective control of environmental measures, the firm complies with the guidelines of the ISO 14001 certification. Therefore, every year, the environmental management system is reviewed and evaluated.
